about shadows, shades, light source, harmony colours, discord colours, etc...

tutorials after tutorials... urf....

and so i practiced colouring with reference to screenshot of Leetauk from a Super Junior MV: Opera

it was harder than it looks D: (for a beginner like me)

why, oh why u look so dark? D:

even with colour picking, its still hard D:

i'll fix it later......

haaaaa~ feeling so good that my finals are over~ =D

if you're wondering who's Finn....

he's actually does not look like this....

but like this:

and this is him without his bear/cat/bunny hoodie:

as you can see, this is a Cartoon Network cartoon

and for me, this cartoon is awesome XD

it shows that a good story doesn't need high quality graphics

you can see the flexibility in this cartoon

and the randomness it gives, you just cant get enough of it :P

and each character has their own personality

with Finn being the brave, ambitious, heroic, but sensitive hero

and his dog, Jake, a funny, supportive, but easily distracted brother/friend of Finn

and the other cute characters in this cartoon

ohh and the story

the story is just awesome :D

the plot is unpredictable, random and funny

and theres always questions lingering in your head about Finn and Jake's past

especially Finn coz he's the only human in that world

and he still finding out why theres no human there

who and where is his real parents, why is he left there alone...

so why not watch it? :D

My OC: Corrie

it took me some time to figure out her hair and eye colours... >___<

since she is somewhat 'the tough girl' in the story

Corrie is a stern, tough, and slightly tomboyish kinda girl

a childhood friend of Alex, Luke, Errol, and Amber

her mother passed away giving birth to her

her father is a soldier and is always being posted anywhere under strict orders

he brings Corrie anywhere he goes too

at one time, they stayed at Gracia Village (Alex's hometown)

Alex's mother, Marion, offered to take care of Corrie

so, everytime Corrie's father goes to war, Corrie is left with Marion

Corrie has always think of her as her own mother

and think that Alex and Luke as her brothers

Corrie was actually a very tomboyish girl when she was small

but when she met with Marion, she learned a lot of things in being a proper lady

Marion was the first person who made Corrie's hair into a double ponytail

since then, she never changed her hairstyle

when she was 12 years old, she was taken by a secret organisation owned by the government

this organisation feeds, trains and gives military education to orphans

in that year also, Corrie was promoted to Vice Commander of the Spy Division

when her age reached 15 years old, she was promoted to Head Commander of that division

(please mind my grammar... i never looked up the military positioning names

okay, a quick post before i go shopping for shoes :P

you know what?
pretty people always gets all the attention in the world without even trying
on the other hand, the not so pretty people were treated like he/she did something very wrong that the people around them looks at them as if they're criminals

do you think this is fair?

like discriminating the rich from the poor
the intelligent ones and the not-so-intelligent
the pretty and the ugly
the talented and the no-so-talented

the nearest example: race discrimination

why do we need to discriminate things?
why do people have this narrow thinking of the things around them?

it hurts people

and not to mention: "It's your loss!"

i mean,
maybe a quiet person have even more intelligent than you
maybe a person that looks poor have more money than you do
maybe a not-so-pretty person is more talented in many fields that even you can't do

why can't all the people in this world become friends without ever thinking about each others strength and weaknesses?

throw away your ego and arrogance for once will ya?
