aha~ lately i feel refreshed, revived, energetic, and so full of ENERGY!
i didn't even slept during lecture~
ehem, before i was like must sleep during class... :P
yea... i was the boring one in the morning...
i had this problem since i was in secondary school. Just ask my school friends about my behaviour during the morning and the answers just the same...
"Don't talk to Zatil coz she's gonna throw you an evil look and you're never gonna see daylight again..."
or sorta like that... :D
so, i ended up bringing this problem into my university years...
i couldn't focus, always feeling sleepy and less energy, always in a bad mood, and always forget stuff... the important ones that is... =_=
i was searching for a solution to overcome this problem...
i tried to go jogging every morning, but i can't even wake up early...
i tried to cut down rice, but it made me lifeless and sleepy...
i tried skipping meals...
and yet, nothing in me changed.
and then one day, one person recommended a healthy diet plan to me..
"you don't need to go to the gym everyday and don't even need to starve the whole day.
you just need to change the food i eat
you've got yourself a NEW YOU~"
i've tried it, and it's AWESOME~
